This is our first ever offering from Costa Rica and we’ve selected a special lot from Finca La Guaca, a COE winning farm.
The Passion honey processing method is a refined variation on the honey processing method developed specifically by this farm. With passion honey coffees, bean drying time is extended to enhance sweetness and fruit flavours, especially the passionfruit-like acidity.
In the cup, you can expect a refreshing tropical cooler. Expect flavor notes of passion fruit, mango, white chocolate, and hints of wine.
