Zanya Pink Honey - Vietnam

Zanya farm based in Lâm Đồng is one of the very best Arabica farms in Vietnam. This farm is run and managed by Marián Takáč and his family who happen to be some of the most genuine and thoughtful coffee people we’ve ever met. They’ve invested the time, effort, and resources in order to elevate the specialty coffee production of their area by partnering with the local communities and incentivizing the production of specialty coffee as well as investing in the necessary equipment in order to properly sort, process, and dry coffee to an incredibly high standard. Their hardwork and dedication have been rewarded as Zanya coffees have been scoring 85-86 points every year for the past 3 years, confirmed by an independent SCA laboratory. Zanya Pink Honey is crisp, bright, and refreshing with notes of peach, grapefruit, and florals. This is a coffee that can easily mistaken for a high scoring, washed Ethiopian coffee with its incredible refinement and delicate body. This coffee is roasted lightly in order to highlight this coffee’s unique character.
