The Coffee Farmer - Yellow Honey Fine Robusta
This coffee from Lam Dong, Vietnam is sweet and comforting. In the cup, you will taste flavor notes of chocolate, caramel, with hints of brown sugar boba.

Mt. Apo Natural from Tres Rosas
This flavor profile is fruity, refined, and incredibly fun to drink. On first sip, you will taste the sweetness of orange candy, followed by the crisp sweetness of red apple. This coffee finishes with a sweet and jammy aftertaste showcasing how well this Natural coffee was processed and fermented.

Zanya Pink Honey
Tea-like, delicate, with a distinctive peach acidity and a molasses sweetness make Zanya Pink Honey a great daily brew. We are roasting this coffee between ultra light and light in order to highlight this coffee’s unique character.

Zanya Double Washed
Highlighting the amazing terroir and origin of this coffee, the double washed process is the enthusiast’s pick. We find an irresistible, balanced expression in this coffee that makes it difficult not to grab when we get behind the brew bar. Once brewed, you will taste a lovely combination of acidity and sweetness with notes of Meyer lemon, brown sugar, and pecan nut. We are roasting this coffee light in order to highlight this coffee’s natural sweetness and elegant flavor balance.

Zanya Lavender
Inspired by local diversity, Zanya sourced lavender that grows naturally in the Dalat area for a 100-hour co-fermentation process for this lot. This is our most favorite Zanya lot to date (and this is coming from a team of washed coffee lovers) because of how well-executed this lot is. Expect flavors of key lime, lavender, and cinnamon.
