Finca La Mina - Colombia 100g

Finca La Mina is situated in Nariño, in the Central Andes mountain range, an area ideal for growing coffees of the highest quality. Sitting at an altitude of 2,100masl with fertile soil and reliable water sources, this farm takes full advantage of their terroir and regularly competes in Colombia’s COE competitions placing 4th place in 2012 and 6th in 2017. 

We are featuring Finca La Mina’s Honey processed Pink Bourbon varietal. This coffee has a very fruit forward and tropical character reminding us of the very best Kenyan coffees. We are roasting this coffee light with the goal of high clarity.
