BALANCED PROFILE

This classic version of our water mineral sachets will balance clarity, texture, and sweetness for a well-rounded and consistent cup profile. Use for both filter and espresso.

Add sachet A and B into 6-7L of distilled water and enjoy clean and sweet brews!

This formula will give your brew water ~70ppm, 40KH and 10GH.

These mineral sachets are designed specifically for coffees that are Nordic roast or lighter. At 40ppm TDS with a lean 20ppm GH and 0 ppm buffer, this water allows delicate floral notes and bright fruit acids to shine in the cup. Experience unparalleled clarity and a very crisp picture of your coffee.
