This coffee is a result of our travels in Vietnam. We visited Vietnam and took a look at a range of farms and selected lots of coffee from farmers whom we respect and admire. The Coffee Farmer is based in Bao Lam, Vietnam and it is one of the most professionally run farms we've ever encountered. Marrying mechanized production and fermentation and drying techniques done by human hands, the level of quality and consistency of this farm is simply amazing.
This yellow honey processed fine robusta is sweet and comforting. In the cup, you will taste flavor notes of chocolate, caramel, with hints of dried fruit. We also detect a brown sugar boba aroma from this coffee which makes it very fun to brew
