This is as classic as coffee gets! For this season, we are featuring this beautiful washed coffee from smallholders based in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. We were impressed with this coffee’s nuanced and delicate flavors in the cup and think it makes for an excellent daily driver in your rotation.
When brewing this coffee, you may expect flavors of peach, lavender, and black tea.
This coffee is fruity and nuanced, but not incredibly high intensity as with most coffees from this region.
We recommend resting this coffee for 4 weeks before brewing and following this recipe to start:
