Buku Sayisa is one of the highest elevation coffee growing regions in Ethiopia, which is one of the factors that contribute to this coffee's great cup quality. Ripe and sorted cherries from farms around the station grown at an altitude of 2300 masl are dried for 12 to 15 days on raised beds. This high grade, single-estate selection is expressive and lively, with flavors of blueberry, persimmon, cherry, and watermelon.
This coffee is roasted lightly. Please make sure to rest this coffee for at least 5 weeks prior to brewing.
