Zanya Double Washed - Vietnam

Zanya farm based in Lâm Đồng is one of the very best Arabica farms in Vietnam. This farm is run and managed by Marián Takáč and his family who happen to be some of the most genuine and thoughtful coffee people we’ve ever met. They’ve invested the time, effort, and resources in order to elevate the specialty coffee production of their area by partnering with the local communities and incentivizing the production of specialty coffee as well as investing in the necessary equipment in order to properly sort, process, and dry coffee to an incredibly high standard. Their hardwork and dedication have been rewarded as Zanya coffees have been scoring 85-86 points every year for the past 3 years, confirmed by an independent SCA laboratory. Highlighting the amazing terroir and origin of this coffee, the double washed process is the enthusiast’s pick. We find an irresistible, balanced expression in this coffee that makes it difficult not to grab when we get behind the brew bar. Once brewed, you will taste a lovely combination of acidity and sweetness with notes of Meyer lemon, brown sugar, and pecan nut. We are roasting this coffee light in order to highlight this coffee’s natural sweetness and elegant flavor balance.
