We are enthused to announce a new Philippine coffee origin on our menu! Cofi Teresa is a relatively new coffee farm based in both Mt Kitanglad and Mt Kalatungan in Bukidnon. Cofi Teresa has been farming coffees for only 4 years and we love their enthusiasm for creating quality coffees as well as their desire to learn more about coffee quality and coffee processing.
Our first lot from Cofi Teresa is a naturally processed Typical varietal with flavor notes of blueberry, jasmine, and sugarcane. This is a light roast.
As long as the farm keeps it up, we think it is safe to say that we can expect greater things from them in the future and we cannot wait to be a part of their coffee journey!
With every local coffee you purchase from us, you are contributing to the development of our local coffee scene. Our objective is to be able to partner with coffee farms locally and be able to work together to continuously improve upon the quality of the coffees as well as to build a sustainable future for us all. Thank you very much for your support!
We suggest brewing this coffee at least 3 weeks after roast date with the following recipe:
15g:225ml
Med grind size
96 deg c
75 ml circle center pour x 3
Tbt: 2min15-2min30 seconds
