We wanted to celebrate our fifth anniversary with a classically delicious coffee that you can enjoy everyday. We think these are the best types of coffees because they remind us of the flavors that allowed us to fall in love with coffee in the first place.
This is why for our fifth anniversary, we have decided to offer a limited release of a tasty washed Ethiopian coffee from Haro Wachu. Haro Wachu is a washing station located in the Uraga district of Guji. This lot features varietals 74110 and 74112 and was grown at an elevation between 2100 and 2350 masl.
In the cup, you will taste notes of jasmine, grapefruit, and peach. We roasted this coffee to be vibrant and expressive. We recommend using a brewing temperature between 90-93 degrees celsius and to brew it with a 2 or 3 pour recipe
