We are incredibly proud and excited to offer the Dapliyan family’s coffees on our menu! With a track-record of quality and consistency, the Dapliyan family has been an institution in the local coffee scene, boasting a 5th place win in the 2021 Philippine Coffee Quality Competition (PCQC) and 10th place finish in the 2024 PCQC.
We have been able to acquire a single micro lot from the Dapliyan family. We are featuring a washed, red bourbon coffee from them that we have roasted lightly. You may expect flavors of milk chocolate, nougat, and white grape.
We suggest brewing this coffee at least 3 weeks after roast date in 1 of 2 ways, depending on which flavor experience you prefer.
For sweetness forward and fuller bodied brews, we recommend using this recipe:
